We were coached our Marketing & HR team on the iPhone videography course over two days.

Video Mastery were a fountain of knowledge. He was able to teach and answer any questions we had in a way that all of us understood as true beginners. The slideshow and paperwork he had provided was very informative and the videos he used were great for visual learners.

A goldmine of knowledge and experience!

The company I work for recently realised they have a requirement for in-house video content in the training sector, and I was lucky enough to be offered one of four spots on this course. As someone who's always been into video, photography, and audio, I jumped at the chance, and I’m so glad I did.

The course and was absolutely brilliant. Their real-world experience and knowledge in the industry really shone through. The delivery was clear, well-paced, and packed with relevant, practical info, no fluff, no filler, purely useful content.

On day two, we were instructed by a seriously skilled camera and drone operator. He covered everything from lighting setups to technical camera configuration. What made a big difference for me was how he took the time to walk me through things using my own camera and gimbal (gear he clearly knew inside out). That hands-on, near one-to-one time was absolutely invaluable. Honestly, I could have spent a week just learning from him.

I thought I was fairly confident with a camera, but this opened up a whole new level of technical detail and creative thinking. My notebook is now full of gold, from planning all the way through to final edits.

Genuinely great people with a real passion for cinematic video, and a clear drive to share it with others.

I recently attended a 2-day video production and editing course and was thoroughly impressed by Video Mastery's engaging teaching style.

It was a game-changer for us. The course didn’t just teach us the ‘how’ of video production; it also explained the ‘why’ behind it. Think ‘audience’, ‘storytelling’, ‘motivation’. We learned the necessary pre-production planning; like storyboarding and scripting; through core production techniques such as lighting, camera movement, angles, sound … all the creative bits (!)

We then got to set up and shoot an interview piece — lighting, camera positions, and interview techniques — all hands-on. And then we ended with a comprehensive tutorial on video editing.
